Country Club of Landfall’s oyster roast cures turkey hangovers, scores media coverage
December 2nd, 2008 by Kirsty
The Country Club of Landfall’s Executive Chef Kevin O’Connell was featured on Saturday evening’s WWAY News Channel 3 broadcast, suggesting that fresh, local seafood may help cure your Thanksgiving turkey hangover. The Club held a “Turkey Hangover” Oyster Roast for its members on Saturday and Talk secured some media coverage for the event. The Country Club of Landfall, which sources more than 90 percent of its seafood from Carolina coast - from Beaufort to Southport - is a strong advocate for the local seafood industry.
